The Diamond FSM-16E-N is a robust and highly efficient electric fryer designed for professional kitchens. With a 16-litre tank and flexible power adjustment (4–12kW), it delivers precise performance while preserving oil quality. Built entirely in stainless steel and offering easy maintenance access, it’s ideal for demanding use in restaurants, catering, and takeaway operations.
