The Diamond G22-M150I8-N is a professional-grade 150-litre indirect-heated tilting boiling pan, ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring safe and consistent batch cooking. Manufactured from food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, this robust unit features indirect gas heating with precise pressure and water control mechanisms for improved safety and energy efficiency.

With a tank depth of 530mm and a 2" drain valve, this model supports easy emptying, cleaning, and batch rotation. Its pressed tank and lid ensure uniform structure and hygiene, while the hinged torsion-spring lid offers smooth opening and closing.
