The Diamond F30E-D-N is a high-capacity, heavy-duty electric fryer designed for commercial use — ideal for frying doughnuts, muffins, and other deep-fried favourites. With a generous oil capacity of 27 to 30 litres, this unit is perfect for bakeries, cafés, and high-volume kitchens.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the fryer features a large cold zone to preserve oil quality and a built-in waste tap for easy draining. Temperature is precisely adjustable between 50°C and 190°C, giving you full control over the cooking process. The included large stainless steel basket (585 x 445 x 80mm) comes with 2 athermic handles for safe and easy handling.

The outer body also features atheric side handles for easy positioning, making the F30E-D-N a robust, professional solution for any deep-frying requirement.
