The Sterling Pro SP40BC is a premium-grade blast chiller designed to rapidly chill or freeze hot food from 100°C. Made from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel, this robust unit is ideal for commercial kitchens that require reliable, hygienic, and high-performance chilling equipment.
