The Diamond DH33-T2V is a robust, high-performance spiral dough mixer designed for professional bakeries, pizzerias, and commercial kitchens. Engineered with both manual and automatic digital controls, this mixer offers dual-speed functionality for both the spiral and bowl, ensuring efficient and thorough mixing of up to 25kg of dough.

With a 33-litre bowl and 22mm spiral, this unit supports intensive production cycles. The spiral operates at 100 rpm and 200 rpm, while the bowl rotates at 10 rpm and 20 rpm, all programmable via a digital control panel. Its painted steel structure and AISI 304 stainless steel components ensure durability, hygiene, and long-term reliability.

The DH33-T2V includes a safety grid with microswitch, a low-noise oil transmission gear system, and is delivered as standard with wheels (2 with brakes) for portability and convenience. Fully CE compliant.
