The Diamond 300/BS is a light-duty gravity feed meat slicer designed for professional kitchens, cafés, and delicatessens. Featuring a 300mm (12") stainless steel blade and a robust anodised aluminium body, this slicer combines hygienic design with cutting precision and ease of use.

With a maximum slicing capacity of 250mm x 185mm and adjustable thickness from 0 to 13mm, it’s ideal for cold cuts, cooked meats, and soft cheeses. The slicer includes a plexi-glass safety guard, integrated blade sharpener, and a safety microswitch to prevent blade operation during cleaning.

The ventilated commercial motor ensures silent operation, while the sliding carriage on stainless steel bearings allows for smooth, low-resistance slicing. No-voltage restart protection provides an additional layer of operator safety.
